Robinson Contract Services has over the past three years signed various contracts with Yorkshire Water to provide services throughout the Eastern region with its fleet of four 32-tonne tipper lorries and three 44-tonne articulated lorries.
These services include hauling bio-solids and composted cake between sites and to land for spreading; and tanker work with articulated lorry vacuum tankers from site to site for disposal or advanced treatment, or for taking brewery trade waste by tanker and applying to land by an injector and umbilical cord system.
This type of waste has valuable nutrient value to land owners and is yet another example of recycling waste to land in an environmentally friendly and beneficial way.
